A Successful 2019

2019, the first full year operating our Social Jungle brand and what a year it’s been!

When we made the decision to start Social Jungle back in the summer of 2018, we did so knowing that we would have to make considerable investment if we were to ensure that the brand would have the success that our sister brands have had. We knew we needed to build a sales and operations team whilst continuing to invest in products that were at the cutting edge of experiential technologies.

For several years our core business has become known for theming products and we were being asked more and more by our clients to custom build props which would help them raise their brand awareness. In 2017 we were approached and asked to build an over-sized running shoe for the Great Scottish Run which would be used to promote the Bank of Scotland’s national sponsorship of the event. It was a great hit with runners and visitors alike who posed for selfies with the prop at the finish line and shared their snaps on their social media platforms.

Following the success of the production build, the bank came back to us in 2018, this time they were looking to measure the online impressions that an activation like the previous year had on social media and identify the impact that it had on its brand following.

To accurately do this, we had to create a digital activation that we were in complete control of and that could produce full analytics in relation to how consumers were socially sharing the content.

Social Jungle was born.

In our first full year, we have had the pleasure of working with several brands in a number of different ways, creating engaging and exciting experiential activations, generating talking points and most importantly, producing social sharing opportunities.

Companies like British Airways, BrewDog, KPMG, Diageo and Quiz Clothing have all commissioned Social Jungle to create engaging activations around their brand sales and marketing strategies.

Our team have traveled all over the UK and Europe throughout the year assisting a number of brands and agencies to deliver cutting edge photo technology which increase brand awareness, drives footfall and allows them to engage with consumers.

We have developed our in-house production facilities by increasing the team and investing in new CNC machinery and large format printers.

The focus for 2020 is investing in new technologies and we hope to continue to push the barriers on creating experiential activities that leave consumers wanting to experience more and more. We will look to help brands build online awareness whilst exciting those who take park in the experiences.

With new products such as the Aurora, our AR Reality Booth and VR Paint launching in January, 2020 is shaping up to be an exciting year ahead for the Social Jungle Team.
