Social Jungle Ltd – The Claw 15% Off Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this promotion is Social Jungle Ltd, part of the Blue Parrot Events Group, with registered office at 50 Wilson Place, Nerston Industrial Estate, East Kilbride, G74 4QD, Scotland. For any enquiries regarding this promotion, please contact getsocial@socialjungle.co.uk.
  2. Eligibility
    2.1. This promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
    2.2. Employees of Social Jungle Ltd, its associated companies, or family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
  3. Voucher Details
    3.1. This voucher entitles the holder to 15% off the total rental cost of 'The Claw' activation.
    3.2. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.
    3.3. Redemption of this voucher is subject to availability of Social Jungle services.
    3.4. Only one voucher may be claimed per person per day. Vouchers cannot be used in tandem; multiple vouchers cannot be applied to the same booking. Future vouchers may be claimed on subsequent dates, subject to availability.
    3.5. As part of 'The Claw' activation, Social Jungle will provide the following:
    • 1 x 'The Claw' unit
    • 1 x Tablet for data capture
    • 8 x clear plastic spheres, inside which prizes can be placed.
    • Approximately 150 coloured balls to fill the inside of 'The Claw'. Ball colours will be orange and black.
    3.6. Social Jungle is not responsible for purchasing or supplying prizes to giveaway as part of 'The Claw'.
  4. Validity
    4.1. This voucher is valid from 5th January 2026 to 30th April 2026.
    4.2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed outside the stated validity period.
  5. Redemption
    5.1. To redeem the voucher, the holder must present the code at the time of booking.
  6. Cancellation and Amendments
    6.1. Social Jungle Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse a voucher at any time at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
    • Misuse or fraudulent use of the voucher
    • Breach of these Terms & Conditions
    • Unavailability of requested services
    • Technical or administrative errors
    6.2. Social Jungle Ltd may amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  7. Liability
    7.1. Social Jungle Ltd is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or used without authorisation.
    7.2. Social Jungle Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the voucher.
  8. General
    8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots law.
    8.2. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
    8.3. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
