The questions we’re asked most often about festive hire, lead times and how it all works.
How far in advance should we book a Christmas activation?
For December dates, as early as possible. Weekend dates through late November and December are the first to go, and bespoke builds need lead time for design, production and branding. If you’re planning an office Christmas party or a retail campaign, August to October is the comfortable window — though we hold some capacity back, so it is always worth asking.
Do you cover Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen?
Yes. We’re based in East Kilbride, just outside Glasgow, and deliver activations across Scotland including Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee and the Highlands. We also work throughout the UK and internationally, with previous campaigns delivered in London, Manchester and Newcastle.
How much does Christmas photo booth hire cost?
Every activation is built around the client’s objectives, so there is no fixed price list. Cost depends on which experience you choose, how many days you need it, the level of custom branding and build, and whether you need staffing and data capture. Tell us your budget and what you’re trying to achieve, and we’ll tell you honestly what is achievable within it.
Are these suitable for an office Christmas party?
Very. Several were designed with staff parties and end-of-year celebrations in mind — particularly GlamCam, the A.I. Photo Booth, the 360 Booth and Elf Yourself. They set up quickly, work in modest floor space, and give every guest something to take away and share.
Can the activations be branded for our campaign?
Yes, throughout. Branding can be applied to the physical hardware through vinyl wraps and bespoke builds, to the on-screen journey, and to every photo, video or print the guest receives. Emails can carry clickable links through to your own site, offers or campaign pages.
Do you provide staff on the day?
Yes. Our activations are delivered by our own experienced team, who handle delivery, setup, running the experience and collection afterwards. You don’t need to allocate your own people, though we’re happy to work alongside your staff or brand ambassadors if you’d prefer.
