Supercharging Fan Engagement for Experience Kissimmee at Rangers FC

Earlier this month, we were thrilled to once again collaborate with Experience Kissimmee and Rangers Football Club to elevate the fan experience at the iconic Ibrox Stadium.

The Brief

Our brief was clear: deliver engaging and shareable activations that would not only enhance matchday experiences but also successfully capture valuable fan data. Crucially, the Experience Kissimmee brand needed to feature prominently throughout every element of the campaign.

The Solution

Working alongside the forward-thinking teams at Rangers FC and Experience Kissimmee is always a pleasure. With their openness to innovation, we were able to introduce two brand-new fan engagement activations to the Rangers fan zone: The Claw and our A.I. Booth.

These activations were specifically designed to meet all objectives — driving fan interaction, boosting brand visibility, and generating data collection.

The Claw

Our fully branded Claw machine offered Rangers supporters the chance to win exclusive Experience Kissimmee and Rangers-themed prizes, including signed footballs and shirts.

Key features of The Claw activation included:

  • Custom vinyl wrapping, internal branding, and brand-coloured balls.

  • Integrated video content featuring Experience Kissimmee displayed on the Claw’s built-in screen.

  • Data capture via the tablet interface — fans submitted their email addresses to participate, growing the client’s database.

The A.I. Booth Experience

The A.I. Booth provided fans with a unique opportunity to become the star of a Rangers matchday programme. Using advanced face-swapping technology, fans’ faces were seamlessly placed onto the cover design of the real matchday programme, with options available for both male and female covers to ensure inclusivity.

After taking part, fans instantly received a digital copy via text or email, leading them to a fully branded online microsite where they could:

  • Share their personalised programme on social media.

  • Download their image directly to their devices.

  • Learn more about Experience Kissimmee via dedicated brand messaging and links.

As with The Claw, data capture was integrated directly into the experience, supporting ongoing marketing and CRM efforts.

The Results

Through the use of both these activations, we were able to meet all the objectives set out in the client brief.

At any one time, there is approximately 800 fans in Rangers’ fan zone, meaning that – through both activations – we were able to expose the Experience Kissimmee brand to in excess of 800 eyeballs.

Further brand awareness was achieved through branded prizes through The Claw and through the A.I. Booth’s output and online microsite.

Engagement levels for both activations were incredibly high – particularly for The Claw, as fans tried to win valuable prizes. Through this engagement, we were able to properly expose fans to the Experience Kissimmee brand, rather than it just blending into the background.

And finally, both activations provided a fantastic opportunity for us to capture fan data, enabling us to help grown the client’s database.
